'NeutralGuide' started off with a humble dream: to deliver true Neapolitan pizza to London. Established by the Bianchi family in 1985, our small pizzeria began as a diminutive, family-owned business boasting generations-old recipes.

Marco Bianchi, our originator, mastered the craft of pizza creation while journeying across Italy, receiving training from renowned pizzaiolos in Naples—the pizza's place of origin. After returning to the UK, she aspired to replicate the wonder of real Italian pizza, sticking to old-world techniques and premium components.

What started as a quaint 12-seat pizza shop has expanded into a cherished neighborhood fixture, though our pledge to excellence and authenticity remains steadfast. We continue to utilize traditional wood-burning oven methods, prepare our dough from scratch daily, and seek out top-notch ingredients wherever possible.

Today, 'NeutralGuide' is still under family ownership and management, with the Bianchi family's next generation at the helm of our ardently driven crew. While we've adopted a few contemporary changes, the essence of our mission endures: offering delectable, genuine pizzas that bring individuals together.
